Karen Bowers is an experienced laboratory operations executive with a strong background in leadership roles within healthcare organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Laboratory Operations at Exact Sciences, Karen previously held positions such as Senior Director of Technical Laboratory. Other notable roles include Executive Director of Laboratory Services and Director of Laboratory Services at Piedmont Healthcare, as well as Laboratory Director at Dupage Medical Group and Administrative Lab Director at Alverno Clinical Labs. Karen also contributed to education as a Phlebotomy Instructor at City Colleges of Chicago.
