Mark Fallai

Mark Fallai possesses extensive experience in customer experience and product design, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Experience at Exact Sciences. Previously, Mark held various leadership roles at TIAA, including Head of Product Design, where responsibilities included overseeing multiple design teams. Mark's creative expertise was further honed at Critical Mass as Creative Director and Associate Creative Director, and at The Hangar Interactive as Creative Director. Mark's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Animation and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in 3D Animation/Computer Graphics from the Savannah College of Art and Design, completed from 1996 to 2000.
