Patricia Chen

Patricia Chen serves as the Manager of the Global Privacy Office at Exact Sciences since November 2022, where responsibilities include supporting the Chief Privacy Officer in overseeing the data protection and privacy program, managing compliance queries, conducting data protection impact assessments (DPIAs), and guiding internal teams on privacy matters. Prior experience includes roles as an Equal Opportunity Specialist Contractor at both Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. and Leidos, where complaint investigations related to HIPAA were conducted. Additionally, work with Siri & Glimstad LLP involved legal research and litigation document management, while advocacy roles at Disability Rights California and other organizations focused on clients' rights and legal research. Patricia holds a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law with concentrations in Labor, Work and Income, and Poverty Law & Economic Justice, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Chapman University.
