Patricia Plata West

Patricia Plata West is a highly experienced professional in digital health and information technology, currently serving as Principal Digital Health Strategist and HIT Strategic Account Manager Lead at Exact Sciences since September 2021. Prior to this, Patricia held various roles including IT Leader in Business Relationship Management and Project Manager & Epic Lead System Analyst at Beaumont Health from March 2008 to December 2021, with certifications in ClinDoc, reporting workbench, Radar/My Epic, and Clinical decision support. Additional experience includes being an Information Technology Project Manager at Compuware, a Strategic Account Manager at HealthMedia, a Corporate Clinical Trials RN at Oakwood Healthcare Systems, and a Lead IT Project Manager and Critical Care RN at Detroit Medical Center. Patricia holds a BSN in Nursing from the University of Detroit Mercy and is pursuing a Master of Science in Health Psychology from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
