Sarah Condella is the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Exact Sciences, where they have worked since 2012, focusing on cultivating a supportive and purpose-driven culture while navigating organizational growth and transformation. Prior to Exact Sciences, Sarah held the position of Human Resources Manager at GE Healthcare from 2007 to 2012. They earned an MBA from the Wisconsin School of Business and a BS from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Additionally, Sarah currently serves as the Divisional Vice President of Human Resources in Cancer Diagnostics at Abbott.
