Lisa Harwardt possesses a diverse background in sports program management and event coordination, currently serving as the Program Growth & Development Supervisor at EXACT Sports since June 2022. Previous roles at EXACT Sports include Supervisor of Youth Sports Programs and Senior Coordinator of Youth Sports Programs. Lisa also has experience as an Event Manager at All Community Events, where logistics for events such as half marathons and 5Ks were planned and executed. Additional roles include Camp Operations Intern at EXACT Sports, part-time Staff Coach at Ela Soccer Club, and various positions in retail and coaching dating back to 2011. Lisa holds a Master of Arts in Sports Leadership from North Central College and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Carroll University.
