Karenjo Goodwin is the founder and CEO of Exact Staff, a staffing company that provides employment resources for businesses and individuals. Karenjo has over 20 years of experience in the staffing industry and has held various positions within the American Staffing Association and ANSERTEAM (Alliance of National Staffing and Employment Resources). In their current role, they are responsible for the overall operation of Exact Staff, including sales, marketing, and business development.

Karenjo Goodwin earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Music/Communications from the University of California, Los Angeles.
