Bezhan Adelpur has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries.

In 2005, they started their career as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Tremco Commercial Sealants & Waterproofing. Bezhan then worked as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Ontario Place in 2007.

From 2008 to 2012, Bezhan worked as a Manager (Seasonal) at Beaver Assembly.

In 2012, they joined the University of Guelph as a Research Laboratory Technician.

Starting in 2014, Bezhan worked at RM2 Total Pallet Solution as a Quality Assurance Engineering Technician, and later as a Quality Assurance Engineer until 2018.

In 2017, they joined ARMOR as a Project Manager and also worked as a Quality and Process Specialist until 2019.

From 2018 to 2020, Bezhan worked at Cambridge Heat Treating as a Senior Quality and Process Improvement Specialist.

In 2020, they joined The BIG-nano Corporation as a Quality Assurance Manager, Procurement, and Project Manager until 2022.

Currently, Bezhan is working at ExactBlue Technologies Inc as a Quality Assurance Quality Control Manager, starting from November 2022.

Bezhan Adelpur completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from Ryerson University in 2016. Prior to that, they attended Humber College for an Associate's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification from BSCIC Certifications Pvt. Ltd. in January 2023. In June 2022, they completed several certifications from the University of Guelph, including EHS Laboratory Safety, EHS Respiratory Protection Program, EHS Supervisor Health and Safety Awareness and Due Diligence, and EHS Worker Health and Safety Awareness. Bezhan also holds CPR and First Aid certifications from the Canadian Red Cross, obtained in June 2021. Lastly, they obtained a Six Sigma Lean Professional certification from the Management and Strategy Institute in May 2015.
