Courtney P. Adkins

Courtney P. Adkins has diverse work experience in marketing communications and public relations. Courtney P. currently serves as the Marketing Communications Director at Exactech, where they have led strategic communications planning and project management for the company's leading technology platform. Previously, they worked as the Senior Marketing Communications Manager at Exactech, overseeing the launch of Active Intelligence. Prior to joining Exactech, Adkins held the role of Marketing Communications Manager, where they managed communications planning and project management for the company's global knee business unit and developed an award-winning hospital marketing program. Before their work at Exactech, Adkins worked as a Dance Teacher and Choreographer at Pofahl's Dance Studio. Courtney P. also gained experience as a Corporate Communications Specialist at RTI Surgical, coordinating various communication programs and activities. Adkins started their career as the Marketing and Special Events Coordinator at UF Health Cancer Center, where they coordinated marketing programs and events and launched multidisciplinary coordination offices. Courtney P. began their professional journey as a Public Relations Assistant at Alachua County BOCC, supporting internal and external communication campaigns and leading public information campaigns.
