Jim Boughton has extensive work experience in the manufacturing engineering field. Jim started their career in 2004 at Smith & Nephew, where they held various roles including Engineering Project Manager, Manager of Prototype Engineering and Global VA/VE Projects, and Senior Manufacturing Engineer. In 2014, they joined Syncera (Powered by Smith & Nephew) as a Manager of the Project Management Office and later became the Senior Manager of Commercial Operations. In 2020, they joined Exactech as the Director of Manufacturing Engineering.
Jim Boughton earned a Master of Science in Management (M.S.M) from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2009. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) at The University of Memphis between 2005 and 2007.
