Laura Shoults is an experienced Director of Engineering & Manufacturing Operations at Versique Consulting & Search. With a BSME degree and industry experience, Laura excels at identifying and recruiting top talent in the engineering and manufacturing operations field. Prior to their current role, Laura held positions at Ross/Johnson and Associates, Sniper's Edge, and 3M. Laura was also involved in TELESIS and the Society of Women Engineers during their time at the University of North Dakota, where Laura obtained their BSME degree.
