Oded Eshel

Oded Eshel has a diverse work experience. Oded started their career at Lockheed Martin in 2006 as a Proposal Analyst Asc., where they developed and scheduled proposals, researched and analyzed historical data, and presented cost models to management. In 2009, they pursued an MBA at the University of Florida, graduating in 2010. Oded then joined Exactech, starting as an Associate Product Manager II for Extremities. Oded progressed through various roles within the company, including Clinical Consultant, Senior Clinical Consultant, and Manager Clinical Sales for Extremities. In 2019, they became the Director of Commercialization for Extremities, responsible for managing the commercialization process. Currently, they serve as the Director of Surgeon Relations at Exactech.

Oded Eshel completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance at the University of Florida between 2002 and 2006. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration at the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business from 2009 to 2010.
