Harlan Schafir has extensive work experience. Harlan served as the Owner & Chief Visionary Officer at Human Capital Concepts since October 2008. Prior to that, they were the Owner & Chief Visionary Officer at ExactHire starting from 2006. Harlan also held the position of Owner & President at Professional Staff Management from 1992 to 2006.
