Kathleen McCoy-Anderson, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client success and human resources. Currently serving as a Client Success Manager at ExactHire since 2017, Kathleen focuses on enhancing HR Software-as-a-Service solutions for hiring and succession planning. From 2012 to 2017, Kathleen was part of Firestone Building Products, where contributions included a role as a project super user during SAP implementation and coordination of warranties for a significant product portfolio. Prior experience includes a position as a Fundraising Assistant at the Muscular Dystrophy Association, managing administrative functions within a substantial budget, and as HR Manager/Benefits Coordinator at REM-Indiana, overseeing HR functions for over 800 employees. Kathleen holds a BA in Organizational Communications from Purdue University, earned in 1993.
