Matthew Holley

Matthew Holley currently serves as Vice President of Finance at Exacto since April 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Corporate Controller and Director of Finance at Flex Pack and Director of Finance at Voyant Beauty. Matthew's finance career began at Ecolab, where various positions were held, including Senior Finance Manager and Manager of Financial Analysis. Earlier experience includes serving as a Financial Analyst at VF Corporation and an Experienced Audit Associate at PwC, where assurance services were provided to clients. Initial professional experience includes being a General Manager and Bartender at Ray’s Place at Winston Trails Country Club and a Team Chief in the US Army. Matthew holds a BS in Accounting from Lehigh University and an AA in Business Administration from Palm Beach State College.
