Marina Smirnova

Marina Smirnova is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management and human resources. Starting as the Head of the English Department at Lingua-Saratov from May 2007 to July 2010, Marina transitioned to an HR Manager role at METRO Cash & Carry Russia until July 2013. Subsequently, a position as HR Business Partner at O'KEY group was held until September 2014, followed by a similar role at Grid Dynamics until October 2017. Marina returned to Exactpro Systems in October 2017 as a Project Manager, a position currently held, after previously serving in the same capacity at the company from May 2015 to October 2016. Marina holds a Master’s Degree in Germanic Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from Saratov State University named after N.G. Chernyshevsky, completed between 2000 and 2005.
