Natia Sirbiladze is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the IT and business sectors. Currently serving as a Member of the Management Board at the ICT Association of Georgia since January 2024, Natia also holds the title of CEO at Exactpro Systems Georgia since November 2018, where responsibilities include establishing the representative office in Tbilisi and formulating strategy in collaboration with the head office. As Co-Founder and President of the Georgian Software Testing Qualifications Board since October 2019, Natia has been instrumental in increasing awareness of software testing within the IT industry in Georgia. Previous roles include IT Project Manager at TBC Bank, IT Business Analyst Consultant with UNDP, Lead Analyst at the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, and experience in various positions in consulting and finance. Natia's educational background includes a Master's degree in Information Systems Technology and Management from Instituto Politécnico de Viana do Castelo and two Master's degrees in Information Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Tbilisi State University.
