Greg Smialek is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in finance, software development, and investment. Currently serving as General Manager for Exadel in Poland and as VP of Finance for Europe, Greg has also co-founded and managed Codete, specializing in software development and IT consulting since 2010. In addition, Greg has been an Investment Partner at Venture / Science since 2020, focusing on various technology sectors.
