Will Faithfull

Will Faithfull is the CEO and Principal Consultant at ExaDev, where leadership transformed the company from a small startup to a prominent software consultancy and Google supplier, supporting a range of successful SaaS, AI, and Fintech ventures across the UK, US, and Germany. With extensive experience as a technology leader, including roles as Co-Founder/CTO for various startups and a consultant/advisor for HM Revenue & Customs, Faithfull has contributed to significant data science and engineering projects, leveraging advanced technologies like Python, Scala, and AWS. Additional experience includes positions at Equal Experts, Google, and Sky, along with co-founding Sourcepulp Ltd. and serving as a Senior Demonstrator at Bangor University. Will Faithfull holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Bangor University.
