Manish Jaiswal

Manish Jaiswal has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Manish started their career as a Management Trainee at Ashok Leyland Finance Ltd. From 1997 to 2005, they worked as a Business Manager at Thomas Cook Insurance Services, where they were responsible for the P&L and business growth.

In 2005, Manish joined Accenture as a Senior Manager in Consulting. Their role primarily focused on the insurance and healthcare sector, where they gained expertise in health IT and health BPO. Manish collaborated with health payers, providers, and the public sector to deliver effective, efficient, and affordable healthcare solutions.

Following their time at Accenture, Manish joined Xerox in 2010 as a National Manager in the Insurance and Healthcare practice. Here, they were responsible for consulting and solution sales, specifically in commercial health plans, government-sponsored health plans, and various insurance sectors.

In 2012, Manish joined Northwell Health as a Consulting Director of Program Management for Clinical Projects. In this role, they oversaw insurance and healthcare IT, including application development, program management, delivery management, and system integration.

Manish then moved to Cognizant in 2016, where they served as a Director and Client Partner for healthcare. Manish was responsible for account management, client relationship management, contract negotiations, and healthcare practice development. Manish also played a vital role in IT and business consulting, focusing on solution and service offering development.

Most recently, Manish joined Exafluence in 2019 as the VP and Head of Healthcare & Life Sciences. In this position, they lead the Healthcare & Life Sciences business unit for the Americas, specializing in digital transformation.

Throughout their career, Manish has demonstrated expertise and leadership in the healthcare and insurance industries, focusing on technology, consulting, and service delivery.

Manish Jaiswal's education history includes several degrees and certifications. Manish completed their Doctor of Health Administration - Digital Clinical degree in the field of Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Phoenix between 2020 and 2024. Prior to that, they obtained an Insurance Broking - A & H degree in the field of Property, Casualty, Travel, Life and Health Insurance from the Life, Annuity, Health, P&C Insurance License in New Jersey, USA from 2007 to 2008.

In 1994 to 1996, Manish pursued an MBA degree with a focus on Finance from the Centre for Management Development, Modinagar, UP. Before that, between 1990 and 1993, they obtained a BA (Hons) degree in the field of History Hons from Hansraj College, Delhi University. Their education also includes completing Senior Secondary education with a focus on Science with Economics from Delhi Public School - R. K. Puram between 1988 and 1990. Lastly, they completed their High School education at St Xavier's High School, Patna from 1978 to 1988.

In addition to these degrees, Manish Jaiswal has also earned a certification in the Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act: Business Associates from Traliant in August 2022.
