Pallav Mishra, PMP,CSM

Pallav Mishra, PMP, CSM has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the field of BI, analytics, and project management. Currently, they serve as the Manager of BI and Analytics at Exafluence Inc since November 2017. Prior to that, they worked at Parexel from November 2017 to December 2021 as the Manager of Analytics Center of Excellence, where they established and led the center in the US and Hyderabad. At Parexel, they were responsible for overseeing BI, data, and analytics projects and managing a managed service organization for the entire Information Value Chain.

Before joining Parexel, Pallav worked at Capgemini as the Director of Insights & Data (Financial Services) from January 2017 to November 2017. Pallav was also an Associate Director of Insights & Data from July 2013 to December 2016. Their role at Capgemini involved managing key accounts in the Insurance, Healthcare Payer, and Medical Devices domains. Pallav specialized in consultative selling and successfully added multiple new business accounts in their tenure.

Earlier in their career, Pallav worked at DXC Technology as a Project Manager in various capacities from December 2003 to June 2013. Pallav served as a PMO providing program and project management support and also worked as a Project Manager, Shared Services, within CSC's Financial Services Group. In their role, they provided PMO support for a large P&C Commercial Lines program and managed the project office for a legacy modernization initiative involving multiple geographies and vendors.

Pallav Mishra, PMP, CSM, has a diverse education history spanning multiple fields. In 2021, they enrolled in the Postgraduate Program in Data Science and Business Analytics at the Texas McCombs School of Business. Prior to this, in 2014, Pallav completed courses in Data Science at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, focusing on Exploratory Data Analysis and R Programming.

From 2011 to 2013, they pursued an MBA in Finance, General at the AB Freeman School of Business, Tulane University in New Orleans. In 2020, Pallav obtained a Nanodegree in Predictive Analytics for Business from Udacity, where they utilized Alteryx and Tableau. Pallav also holds an MBA in Information Management from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from SGSITS, Indore, although specific dates are not provided for these degrees.

In addition to their educational background, Pallav has obtained various certifications. Pallav achieved the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI in September 2005. In November 2020, they obtained the Certified SAFe® 5 DevOps Practitioner certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. Furthermore, in August 2009, they became a Certified ScrumMaster through ScrumAlliance, Inc.
