Dee Kim is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in user experience and design leadership, currently serving in a design role at Exaforce since November 2024. Previously, Dee was a Principal UX Designer at F5 from January 2021 to October 2024, where leadership in the design team focused on monitoring and observability experiences, alongside impactful data visualization projects. At Volterra, as the UX Design Lead and founding designer from May 2018 to January 2021, Dee built an Edge Computing platform from the ground up and established a design team and foundational design system. Earlier roles include Senior UX Designer at Coupang, Product Designer at Workday, and User Experience Designer at Platfora and Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, alongside a design consultancy at UNICEF. Dee holds an MFA in Media Design from ArtCenter College of Design and a BSC in Human Environment and Design from Yonsei University.
