Darek Woznica

Darek Woznica has extensive work experience in the field of laboratory systems. Darek is currently serving as the Director of Laboratory Systems at Exagen Inc. since May 2021, having previously held the role of Senior Manager in the same company from December 2018 to April 2021.

Prior to their role at Exagen Inc., Darek worked at Genoptix Medical Laboratory, where they held multiple positions. Darek started as a Software Engineer - Interfacing in February 2010 and progressed to become the Interfacing Manager from April 2011 to March 2017. Darek then served as the Associate Director of Interfacing from April 2017 to March 2018, and subsequently as the Lead Connectivity Architect from April 2018 to December 2018.

Before joining Genoptix, Darek worked at Pathlogix Corporation from January 2004 to January 2010. Darek was involved in various projects, including migrating pathology reporting software and EMR systems, developing web applications and interfacing capabilities, as well as providing technical support and sales support.

Additionally, Darek briefly worked at Grot Tool & Manufacturing, Inc. as a CNC Operator, later promoted to Quality Inspector, from May 2003 to September 2003.

Earlier in their career, Darek worked as an Operation Manager and Technical Support Engineer at POLRENT from 2001 to 2003, and as a System Integration Section Manager at EURO INTERNET HOLDINGS from 2000 to 2001.

Darek's career began as a Software Engineer/Junior Manager at DAEWOO MOTOR from 1998 to 2000.
