Ryan Martter

Ryan Martter has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ryan currently works as a National Account Manager at Exagen Inc. since 2022. Prior to this, they were a Sr. Manager, CareSourcing GPO at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association from 2020 to 2022, where they focused on strategic sourcing and business development for ancillary care categories.

From 2016 to 2019, Ryan served as a Strategic Sourcing Manager at Rush University Medical Center, leading sourcing strategy development and project execution for surgical service lines. At Navistar Inc, they held multiple roles including Global Supply Manager from 2012 to 2015, Program Manager, Engine Purchasing & Logistics from 2011 to 2012, Sr. Manufacturing Engineer from 2009 to 2011, and Industrial Engineer from 2006 to 2009. During their time at Navistar, they managed sourcing strategies, commercial relationships, and implementation of assembly processes for various projects.

Prior to Navistar, Ryan worked as a Sr. Industrial Engineer at Volvo Trucks North America, Inc. from 2004 to 2006. Ryan also gained experience as an Industrial Engineering Co-op at Meridian Lightweight Technologies, Inc. from 2003 to 2004 and at Shiloh Industries, Inc. from 1999 to 2002.

Throughout their career, Ryan Martter has demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing, supply chain management, and value analysis. Ryan has successfully led teams and collaborated with healthcare service providers, medical directors, and clinical leaders to achieve quality and cost targets.

Ryan Martter earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering from Kettering University. Ryan then pursued further education at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
