Exagogica is a company, a working group, a platform, a method as well as a philosophy, all at the same time. These elements are fundamentally connected between themselves and have been since the company was founded.

Exagogica was started in 2014 after twenty years of entrepreneurial experience in the field of software development and related consultancy. It is an innovative start-up. It exists to develop and bring to market the best system for the management of continuous improvement of resources.

Exagogica was born from skills acquired in the field. Some features of its software system are the subject of invention patent no. TO2013A000608, "DEVICE FOR MONITORING AND MANAGING BUSINESS PROCESSES IN CONTEXT, AND RELATED METHOD AND SYSTEM".

Exagogica is gaining experience every day. It provides its system to relevant multinational corporations and has succeeded in managing the profiling and skills development of more than 100,000 people.

Exagogica currently operates in the European and Latin America market. A staff of over 15 employees working in 4 different countries are working on the project. Exagogica headquarters are located in Vasto, in Abruzzo, Italy. Sales offices are located in Turin and Sao Paulo and a development department is based in Nis, in Serbia.
