Arnold Douma

Arnold Douma serves as the General Director at Exakt Fijnmechanika B.V. since June 2019, leading a high-tech medical components production company. Previously, Arnold worked as a Product Developer at COMECER Netherlands from August 2006 to May 2019, where responsibilities included establishing user and functional specifications and developing mechanical, electronic, and software components. Prior to that, Arnold was a Software Developer at Kiadis Pharma (October 1998 - July 2006), focusing on control and analysis software for bio-analysis systems. The career began as an Educational Assistant at Leidse Instrumentmakers School from July 1995 to August 1998. Arnold holds an Ing degree in Informatics from The Hague University of Applied Sciences (2002-2008) and a Gezel degree in Metal from Leidse Instrumentmakers School (1992-1996).
