Cindy Ye

Cindy Ye has a strong background in finance and investment banking. Cindy is currently working as the Chief Financial Officer at Exaktera. Prior to this, they held the same role at Optovue - US and acted as the Acting CFO. Cindy also served as a Portfolio Manager at Delta Electronics. Earlier in their career, they worked at Morgan Stanley in the Investment Banking division, specializing in Industrial Automation. Cindy also has experience as an Interim CFO at Kosmode Biotechnology Co., Ltd. Additionally, they volunteered as a teacher for 1st-3rd graders in a remote village and has previous experience at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as an Associate and Analyst in their Debt Products divisions.

Cindy Ye attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting and Finance at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2004 to 2007.
