Lucas Roldos has a diverse work experience. Lucas started working as a Summer Camp Counselor at Bretton Woods Recreation Center from June 2010 to August 2014. In May 2015, they worked as a Research Assistant at McGill University for a period of three months. Lucas then joined Examine.com in September 2017 as a Science Researcher & Writer, specializing in study summaries. Concurrently with their work at Examine.com, they took on various roles at McGill University - Macdonald Campus. From June 2017 to April 2020, they worked as a Gym Attendant, responsible for gym maintenance. Additionally, they were the Intramural Soccer Coordinator and also functioned as a Disc Jockey since September 2014. Lucas also served as a Teaching Assistant from January 2018, further showcasing their dedication to education and research.
Lucas Roldos' education history begins in 2012 when they enrolled at McGill University - Macdonald Campus. From 2012 to 2016, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Sports Nutrition accompanied by a minor in Neuroscience. In 2014, Lucas briefly attended NOLS, where they completed a leadership program with a focus on Alaska Sea Kayaking and Backpacking.
Continuing their academic journey, Lucas returned to McGill University - Macdonald Campus for their Master of Science (MS) in Human Nutrition, which they earned from 2016 to 2019. Building upon their master's degree, Lucas is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Human Nutrition at McGill University - Macdonald Campus, with an expected completion date in 2023.
