Marika Surina

Marika Surina currently serves as an HR Business Partner at EXANTE, focusing on aligning business objectives with employees and management within the IT and HR departments since March 2020. Prior to this role, Marika worked at McKinsey & Company as a Talent Engagement and Professional Development Counselor from February 2019 to March 2020, where responsibilities included managing personal development plans and employee engagement activities for a senior cohort. Marika has an extensive HR background with roles at Nielsen, including HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition Lead, and HR Executive, as well as previous experience at LVMH as an HR Specialist and various positions at Agency Kontakt and ZAO «ALLTASK». Marika holds a Master’s degree in sociology from the Higher School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree from the Russian State Social University.
