Mathias Henze

Mathias Henze is an experienced software engineer and IT consultant with a diverse background in backend services, development, and project management. Currently serving as Product Owner for Backend Services and Senior Backend Software Engineer at Exaring AG since April 2020, Mathias has previously held roles at notable companies including jeto GmbH as an IT Consultant and Motius as a Tech Lead. Extensive expertise includes enhancing Spring Boot services, managing CI pipelines, and supporting various development projects across multiple organizations such as Allianz and Siemens. Mathias holds a Dipl.-Ing. in Electrical Engineering and Multimedia Technology from OWL University of Applied Sciences and Arts.
