Adam Poczta has a diverse work experience in the field of IT support. Adam started their career in 2013 as an IT Support at Talex S.A., where they worked until September 2014. Following that, they joined Billennium as a 2nd Line Support from October 2014 to February 2019. Afterwards, they worked at DLA Piper as a Service Desk Analyst from February 2019 to June 2019. Currently, Adam is working at EXATEL. Adam started as a Starszy specjalista ds. wsparcia IT in July 2019 and transitioned to the role of Administrator systemów IT in September 2020.
Adam Poczta attended Vistula University from 2021 to 2025, where they studied Informatics. Adam received a certification in CCNA: Introduction to Networks from Cisco in March 2023.
