Manoj Sharma

Manoj Sharma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and management across various sectors. Currently serving as Head of Operations at Exato.ai since June 2022, Manoj previously held the position of General Manager at Netpaisa from February 2019 to May 2022. Prior to that, Manoj founded and directed Cognitive Ecom Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from August 2015 to December 2018, and worked as a Manager in customer service at Reliance Communications from January 2007 to August 2015. Earlier career roles include Assistant Manager at ICICI Bank and Sales Marketing Executive at Bharti Airtel. Manoj holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Delhi University and an MBA/PGDBM in Marketing and HR from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management, along with an advanced diploma in computing from Niit Imperia.
