Shashank Khare

Shashank Khare is an experienced professional in workforce management, currently serving as the Global WFM Practice Head at Exato.ai since April 2023. Prior to this role, Shashank held various positions at Tech Mahindra as WFM Head, where expertise in workforce management was further honed. Earlier experience includes managing forecasting at iGate Global Solutions Ltd, overseeing multiple centers at FSL Pvt Ltd, and effectively scheduling large teams at IBM Daksh Business Process Services. Shashank began a career in workforce management at Wipro BPO, building a solid foundation in the field. Shashank holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from IHM Bhopal, attained between 1998 and 2001.
