Kaushik Mahapatra

Kaushik Mahapatra leads Exavalu’s ‘Global Talent Acquisition’ and manages ‘HR functions’ for India. He has 13+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Competitor’s Benchmarking, CRM and handling RPO initiatives for leading global companies. Kaushik have strong background in recruitment, talent mapping, competitor analysis, C-level search and played active roles in implementation of Global ATS in his previous assignments.

He has extensive experience in Consulting, BFS, Consumer & Retail, Telecom, EPC, Healthcare and Automobile industry and led recruitment for large greenfield projects in his career.

In his previous assignments, Kaushik worked as recruitment partner for companies like Samsung, Cummins, Whirlpool, AXA, TATA Group, Big 4s and others for both technical and non-technical hiring.

He also worked in few CSR initiatives of leading conglomerates and helped many start-ups to build their team.

Kaushik holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM).
