Shane Carroll

Shane Carroll is a Senior Accountant at Exbo Group. He is responsible for executing general accounting operations, driving month-end close procedures, and overseeing working capital management for various growth-stage clients.

Prior to joining Exbo Group, Shane worked as a Staff Accountant for Pathline Laboratories, where he was responsible for treasury management, the daily accounting, and implementing procedures to improve the month-end close process. Before his time at Pathline, Shane worked at Integra Life Sciences as a Staff Accountant and at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Tax Associate.

Shane attended Rutgers Business School where he received his B.S in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
