Emma Hawes

With a commercial background in HR, Training, and Development Emma retrained as an ICT teacher. She joined Excalibur’s Teaching School, leading CPD and developing ITT, and is the Lead Partner with the Wiltshire and Swindon Teaching School Hub. Passionate about developing people to realize their potential, Emma focuses on delivering the Early Career Framework, Professional Development opportunities, and talent management strategies.
