Sheila Taisipic

Sheila Taisipic currently serves as Manager of Hotel Operations at MGM Resorts International and Excalibur Hotel & Casino since June 2019 and July 2016, respectively. Sheila has held various roles at New York-New York Hotel & Casino, including Relief Assistant Front Desk Manager and Assistant Front Desk Manager, demonstrating strong leadership skills by coordinating a team of over 20 employees to deliver excellent guest service. Previous experience includes serving as a Casino Host at Affinity Gaming, where Sheila developed advanced customer service skills and coordinated events, as well as an Administrative Assistant in a call center, which further enhanced customer service capabilities. Sheila completed the MGM Resorts International Aspire Class in 2015 and holds a high school diploma from Mojave High School.
