Michael Banh has been active in Houston’s real estate market for more than a decade. He launched his career as a loan officer and quickly became a Top 3 producer in a company with 100+ loan officers. At the same time, he became an avid property investor. To help facilitate the purchase of investment properties, he earned his license as a Realtor. (Before that, Banh founded a computer company that logged $100 million in sales.) And thus, by wearing both Realtor and Loan Officer hats, clients recognized that it was easier to deal with one professional rather than with two individuals to work toward a common goal. Developing a trusting work relationship with clients in Michael’s dual role fostered more know-how for customers by presenting multi-tiered insight about properties as investment vehicles—and not just residences. Today, Exceed Realty offers a full range of services for its Houston clients: new and existing residential home sales, residential leasing, commercial sales and leasing, residential lot sales, broker services, renovation and rehab services, relocation services and property assessments. As the company continues to expand, satellite locations are due to open in Austin, Dallas and San Antonio, with the goal of expanding its team to 300+ agents throughout Texas.
