Rachael Coates

Rachael Coates is a dedicated School Psychologist at Excel Academy Charter Schools, with a focus on evaluating and supporting students with special education needs. Since August 2022, Rachael has contributed to the diagnostic team, maintained confidentiality, and collaborated with educators and families to develop individualized behavior management plans. Prior experience includes serving as a School Psychologist Intern, where Rachael conducted comprehensive evaluations and provided counseling services, as well as roles as a Certified Personal Trainer and Pre-vocational Counselor. Rachael holds a Master of Science in Counseling and Human Systems, an Education Specialist degree in School Psychology, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, all from Florida State University.
