Hendrik Mokrusch has over 6 years of work experience in the field of operations management and executive assistance. Hendrik began their career in 2017 as a Social Media & Outreach at ReKTGlobal, Inc. In 2018, they joined Rogue as an Operations Manager & Executive Assistant. In 2021, they moved to ReKTGlobal in the same role, where they were responsible for supporting the Managing Director of Rogue, handling day-to-day accounting, HR tasks, employee onboarding, and office management. In 2022, they joined Infinite Reality as an Operations Manager & Executive Assistant. Currently, Hendrik is a Senior Operations Manager at EXCEL ESPORTS.

Hendrik Mokrusch has a diverse educational background. From 2000 to 2012, they attended Gymnasium Georgianum, a German Academic high school, where they studied English, German, Biology, Politics and Economics, and Hendrik'story. Hendrik then attended John McGlashan College in New Zealand from 2009 to 2010, where they earned an International Baccalaureate in Business and Management, English, Spanish, Physics, and Mathematics. From 2012 to 2016, they attended Abertay University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) hons. in Management. Finally, from 2016 to 2017, they attended The University of Edinburgh, where they earned a Master of Science (MSc) in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Additionally, Hendrik has obtained three certifications from Lynda.com in Advertising Foundations, Managing High Potentials, and Managing Teams, which they obtained in November and October of 2017.
