Currently serving as an Area Manager at Excel Homes since February 2016, previous roles include Hostess at Shane Homes Ltd. and Birchwood Properties, where responsibilities involved general office duties and greeting customers. From January 2007 to November 2014, Karen worked as a Customer Service Manager at Menzies Aviation, focusing on staff hiring, training, and motivation to enhance business operations. Prior to that, Karen managed Gearey's Aircraft Services for nearly two decades, overseeing staff hiring, scheduling, payroll processing, and training. Educational credentials include an Honors Certificate in Fitness and Nutrition from International Career School Canada and a high school diploma from Alberta Vocational College.
