Tara Chadwick PT, DPT serves as the Clinic Director at Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy, a role held since February 2017, previously under the name Excel Physical Therapy. In addition to directing the clinic, Tara has experience as a Physical Therapist and has held positions at Capital Health as a Physical Therapy Intern, where complex medical patient care was provided. Additional roles include PT aide at Bucks Physical Therapy & Sport, Anatomy Teaching Assistant at Arcadia University, and Sports Rehabilitator for Silvermines Camogie GAA.
