Patrycja Skrzypek

Patrycja Skrzypek is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Excel Recruitment since February 2022, Patrycja has previously held key positions including Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at M3S - Total Talent Solutions and Senior Recruitment Consultant at OSS. Earlier roles include Logistics Recruitment Consultant and Account Manager at Flexsource Solutions, as well as Client Account Manager at CRL Recruitment Ltd. Patrycja began a career in recruitment as a Front of House Receptionist and Recruitment Administrator while also completing an internship in Hospitality and Catering Recruitment at Flexsource Solutions. Prior to recruitment, Patrycja gained experience in various operational and administrative roles, including positions at Hewlett-Packard, IBM, and as a Legal Secretary at a law firm.
