Mohamed Islahuddin

Mohamed Islahuddin is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Executive Chef and Food Services Administrator at Excel Society since August 2019, Islahuddin previously held the position of Sous Chef at Renaissance Hotel Edmonton Airport from January 2017 to April 2019.
