Zach Gillcrist has extensive experience in community support roles, particularly in group home settings. Currently serving as a Casual/Relief Worker and Community Support Worker at Excel Society since May 2016, Zach previously held a position as Team Leader and Group Home Worker at Protegra Inc. from July 2015 to March 2016, where responsibilities included one-on-one support for mentally challenged adults. Prior experience includes working as a PDD Worker at Family Connections Inc. and as an unofficial teaching assistant while studying in the Addictions and Community Services Worker Program at Everest College Canada. Zach's educational background includes a degree in Substance Abuse Counselling from Everest College and an Ontario High School Diploma from East Elgin Secondary School.
