Jon Heaton

Jon Heaton serves as the Senior Vice President and Co-Head of the Golf Division at Excel Sports Management since September 2012, where responsibilities include talent marketing, rights negotiation, public relations, brand consulting, and property representation for prominent athletes across various sports leagues. Previously, Jon held the position of Vice President at IMG from June 2005 to July 2012, acting as the primary commercial and marketing representative for top golfers on the PGA and European Tours, and spent three years in the London office managing the EMEA region. Earlier career experiences include Strategic Business Development at UTStarcom, where Jon led a cross-functional team in a $100 million acquisition, and Investment Banking at Banc of America Securities. Jon Heaton holds an M.B.A. from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.A. in History from Dartmouth College.
