Nailah Waterfield

Nailah Waterfield is the Senior Director of Basketball Marketing at Excel Sports Management. Prior to this, Nailah held various positions at the Los Angeles Lakers, including Defenders Community Relations Assistant. Nailah also has experience in project management at Legacy Venture Consulting and special events coordination at Duke University Athletics. Waterfield was a captain of the Varsity Volleyball Team at Duke University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, African and African American Studies, and Markets and Management Certificate.
