Eric Callens

Eric Callens is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Sr. Director of IT PMO at Excelerate Energy since April 2025. Prior to this role, Eric held the position of IT Director, PMO at Woodside Energy for a brief period from October 2024 to March 2025, and at Tellurian Inc. from May 2022 to October 2024. Eric's career spans several years at McDermott International, Ltd, where responsibilities included Director of IT PMO/VMO and Senior Manager of IT PMO from November 2007 to May 2022. Earlier positions include IT Service Delivery Manager at Willbros Group, Inc. and Senior IT Project Manager at PROFORMANCE, Inc. from 2005 to 2003, with a starting role as a Senior Consultant at Cal Data Systems from 1995 to 2003. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University and the University of Arkansas, respectively.
