Director, Global Business Process And ERP at PCI Pharma Services

Allison Crull has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Allison started their career as an Intern in the Licensing and Regulation Division at the State of Michigan's Office of Attorney General Mike Cox in 2006. Following this, they served as an Intern for State Senator Randy Richardville, where they handled constituent inquiries and provided administrative support.

In 2010, Allison joined the Michigan Senate again, this time as the Director of Office Affairs for State Senator Tony Stamas. Allison managed the senator's schedule, offered administrative assistance, and conducted research to address constituent concerns. Later, they became the Constituent and Communications Director for State Senator Dave Hildenbrand, ensuring timely and accurate communication with constituents, drafting legislative updates and press releases.

Allison's career then transitioned to the private sector, joining PCI Pharma Services in 2013. Allison started as the Foreign Trade Zone Coordinator, overseeing customer interactions and regulatory compliance. Allison later became the Customer Production Planner, responsible for maintaining production schedules and meeting financial targets. Moving up the ranks, they became a Business Unit Project Manager, serving as the main liaison between customers and the company, managing project and financial performance. Subsequently, they advanced to the role of Program Manager for Global Serialization Services, overseeing projects and ensuring successful implementation. In 2018, they became the Business Unit Manager for Global Serialization Services, responsible for managing the division's operations and performance. Currently, they hold the position of Sr. Manager, Global Business Processes, and recently transitioned to the role of Director of Global Business Process and ERP at PCI Pharma Services in July 2021. In this capacity, their responsibilities include overseeing business processes and leading enterprise resource planning initiatives.

Allison Crull attended Michigan State University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Interdisciplinary Studies of Law and Society. In addition to their degree, Allison has also obtained certifications as a Smartsheet Product Certified User from Smartsheet in August 2021.
