Mark Klingsheim

Mark Klingsheim is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership transitions and executive search consulting. Since January 2012, Mark has served as Managing Partner and Co-Owner of SIMA Partners LLC, where the focus is on providing clarity during leadership transitions for both businesses and nonprofit organizations. Prior to this role, Mark held positions as Managing Director at Northpoint Partners LLC (2008-2011), Vice President at an executive search firm (2006-2007), and Managing Consultant and Practice Leader for Advanced Technology at Korn Ferry (2003-2006). Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree from North Central University.
